Pioneer Media Holdings Acquires Bark Ventures

Pioneer Media Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Bark Ventures, an NFT play-to-earn game developer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Pioneer issued 2,857,142 common shares (C$1.75 per share), including 398,671 shares issued to settle Bark's debt, as part of the consideration. The deal supports Pioneer's strategy to build a Web3 ecosystem focused on NFTs, NFT games and DAOs.
