Lindsay Goldberg, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired The Kleinfelder Group from Wind Point Partners. Kleinfelder, a San Diego–headquartered engineering and environmental professional services firm with ~3,100–3,200 employees, will continue to be led by President and CEO Louis Armstrong as Lindsay Goldberg partners with management to support further growth and capability expansion.
