Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation signed an agreement to acquire Softvision, LLC from Tower Arch Capital; the deal was expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018. Softvision is a digital product engineering and design firm with over 2,850 employees across 25 studios in 11 countries, and the acquisition expands Cognizant's digital product engineering capabilities.
