Onfido, a leader in automated identity verification, has acquired Airside Mobile, a privacy-first digital identity sharing technology company. The acquisition — already closed — will integrate Airside's mobile credentialing and shareable digital ID capabilities into Onfido's Real Identity Platform to enable a 'verify once, use anywhere' experience across travel, financial services, and other sectors.

Entrust Acquires Evidos

The deal strengthens Unico's passwordless authentication capabilities as it expands internationally; Unico processes ~25 million identity transactions per month while OwnID handles over 3.5 million authentications monthly and counts Nestlé, SAP, the NFL and Michael Kors among its clients.

Sectigo Acquires Entrust Public Certificate Business
