Fairwood Brands, a portfolio company of Crane Group, has acquired Executive Landscaping, Inc., a Cape Cod-based landscaping design, construction and maintenance firm founded in 1996 by Chris Cotoia. Madison Street Capital acted as exclusive advisor to the seller; financial terms were not disclosed and the business will join Fairwood Brands' family of luxury landscaping and estate-management companies.

Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) have completed an investment to acquire Fairway Lawns, a Little Rock‑headquartered provider of residential lawncare services that operates 16 branches across the Southeastern United States. MSCP is partnering with Fairway's existing management team led by CEO Kyle DeMilt and intends to accelerate the company's geographic expansion and add-on acquisition activity; Prairie Capital sold the company.

Lincolnshire Management Acquires Whitewater Brands

Lincolnshire Management, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Whitewater Brands, an omnichannel marketer and supplier of consumables and light equipment to automotive collision shops, mechanical repair shops, and dealerships. The sellers were Rock Gate Partners and Peninsula Capital Partners; financial terms were not disclosed. Lincolnshire intends to grow the business organically and via M&A, leveraging Whitewater's multi-brand catalog, e-commerce channels, and distribution footprint.

Cerberus Capital Management Acquires Landmark Structures from Graycliff Partners

Cerberus Capital Management has acquired Landmark Structures, a North American designer, manufacturer and installer of elevated water and industrial storage tanks, from Graycliff Partners. Landmark, headquartered in Texas, will continue to be led by CEO Chris Lamon (who and the management team retain a minority stake) and will receive Cerberus' support to expand capabilities, services and geographic reach.

US LBM Acquires Forge Lumber

US LBM Holdings, LLC acquired Forge Lumber, a Cincinnati-area building materials supplier and mill operator based in Erlanger, Kentucky. The purchase from the Steinman family adds Forge’s manufacturing (doors, stairs, truss plant) and a Cincinnati distribution center to US LBM’s regional footprint, expanding its presence in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Turf Masters Brands Acquires Fairway Green (plus three additional regional lawn care businesses)

Turf Masters Brands, a CenterOak Partners-backed residential lawn care platform, acquired Fairway Green and also added Mighty Green Lawn Care Services, Perfectly Green Lawn Care, and MRW Lawns, Inc. to its platform. The transactions expand Turf Masters' footprint across the Southeast (notably doubling presence in North Carolina) and add nearly 200 team members to the platform; terms were not disclosed.
