Dallas-based private equity firm CenterOak Partners formed a residential lawn services platform, Turf Masters Lawn Care Services, by combining Turf Masters Lawncare, All Turf Holdings, and Green Group Holdings and providing growth capital. The existing owners and management teams will retain equity and Andy Kadrich will lead the new platform as CEO; the company operates 20+ branches across 10 states and serves over 100,000 customers annually.

Turf Masters Brands, a Roswell, Georgia-based residential lawn care platform, has acquired Mr. Turf, a residential lawn care, tree care and pest control provider based in Fayetteville, Georgia. The acquisition expands Turf Masters Brands' footprint in the southwest Atlanta market and brings the Mr. Turf team into the Turf Masters Brands platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) have completed an investment to acquire Fairway Lawns, a Little Rock‑headquartered provider of residential lawncare services that operates 16 branches across the Southeastern United States. MSCP is partnering with Fairway's existing management team led by CEO Kyle DeMilt and intends to accelerate the company's geographic expansion and add-on acquisition activity; Prairie Capital sold the company.

Fairway Corp Acquires Six Regional Lawn, Tree and Pest Service Companies

Fairway Corp has expanded its national residential services platform by acquiring six regional lawn, tree and pest service businesses: Eastern Exterminating, Southern Care Lawn and Pest, Mencer's Tree Service, Agape Lawn Company, Arbor Bay Tree & Landscaping, and Scientific Plant Service. The acquisitions extend Fairway’s geographic footprint across Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and the Chesapeake Bay region and broaden its tree, turf, plant-health, landscaping and pest service capabilities.
