Wind Point Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ExperiGreen Lawn Care from Huron Capital

Wind Point Partners has acquired a majority interest in ExperiGreen Lawn Care from Huron Capital; Huron and ExperiGreen’s senior management will retain minority equity stakes. ExperiGreen, headquartered in Mishawaka, Indiana, operates a multi-branch residential lawn-care platform serving over 140,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada; Wind Point will partner with management to accelerate growth and scale.

CenterOak Partners Forms Turf Masters Lawn Care Services Platform

Dallas-based private equity firm CenterOak Partners formed a residential lawn services platform, Turf Masters Lawn Care Services, by combining Turf Masters Lawncare, All Turf Holdings, and Green Group Holdings and providing growth capital. The existing owners and management teams will retain equity and Andy Kadrich will lead the new platform as CEO; the company operates 20+ branches across 10 states and serves over 100,000 customers annually.

Turf Masters Brands Acquires Fairway Green (plus three additional regional lawn care businesses)

Turf Masters Brands, a CenterOak Partners-backed residential lawn care platform, acquired Fairway Green and also added Mighty Green Lawn Care Services, Perfectly Green Lawn Care, and MRW Lawns, Inc. to its platform. The transactions expand Turf Masters' footprint across the Southeast (notably doubling presence in North Carolina) and add nearly 200 team members to the platform; terms were not disclosed.

Huron Capital Invests in ExperiGreen to Launch North American Residential Lawn Care Platform

Turf Masters Brands, a Roswell, Georgia–based provider of recurring residential lawn, tree and shrub care services, acquired Executive Turf (Lawrenceville, GA), Stewart Lawn & Garden (Tomball, TX) and Tender Lawn Care (TLC) (Alpharetta, GA). Terms were not disclosed; the transactions are add-on acquisitions that expand Turf Masters’ footprint in Georgia and Texas and increase the platform to 33 branches across 11 states with over 890 employees.
