ExperiGreen, headquartered in Mishawaka, Indiana, operates a multi-branch residential lawn-care platform serving over 140,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada; Wind Point will partner with management to accelerate growth and scale.

Wind Point / ExperiGreen Acquires Turf Masters Brands

Huron Capital Forms Exigent Platform; Exigent Acquires American Combustion Industries
