Turf Masters Brands Acquires Fairway Green (plus three additional regional lawn care businesses)

CenterOak Partners Forms Turf Masters Lawn Care Services Platform

Dallas-based private equity firm CenterOak Partners formed a residential lawn services platform, Turf Masters Lawn Care Services, by combining Turf Masters Lawncare, All Turf Holdings, and Green Group Holdings and providing growth capital. The existing owners and management teams will retain equity and Andy Kadrich will lead the new platform as CEO; the company operates 20+ branches across 10 states and serves over 100,000 customers annually.

Wind Point / ExperiGreen Acquires Turf Masters Brands

Wind Point Partners, via its portfolio company ExperiGreen Lawn Care, has acquired Turf Masters Brands from CenterOak Partners. The deal combines Turf Masters with ExperiGreen to create one of North America's largest residential lawn care platforms, expanding scale, geographic footprint and recurring-service capabilities across the U.S. (and parts of Canada).
