CenterOak Partners Forms Turf Masters Lawn Care Services Platform

Dallas-based private equity firm CenterOak Partners formed a residential lawn services platform, Turf Masters Lawn Care Services, by combining Turf Masters Lawncare, All Turf Holdings, and Green Group Holdings and providing growth capital. The existing owners and management teams will retain equity and Andy Kadrich will lead the new platform as CEO; the company operates 20+ branches across 10 states and serves over 100,000 customers annually.

LawnPRO Partners Acquires Gro-Masters

Gro-Masters, founded in 1987 and led by Lynn Tootle who will remain as President, provides lawn care treatment, exterior pest control and tree & shrub services; the deal expands LawnPRO's footprint into Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC and Myrtle Beach, SC as its eleventh acquisition (terms undisclosed).

Turf Masters Brands Acquires Fairway Green (plus three additional regional lawn care businesses)
