Estes Energetics Acquires GOEX Black Powder Assets from Hodgdon Powder Company

Estes Energetics acquired the assets of GOEX from Hodgdon Powder Company and will continue and expand GOEX black powder production at the Minden, Louisiana manufacturing facility. The acquisition preserves the only U.S. commercial-scale black powder factory and secures domestic supply for sporting, fireworks, and defense customers while expanding Estes Energetics' energetics and propulsion capabilities.
