Heritage Environmental Services Acquires EBV Explosives Environmental Company from General Dynamics

Heritage Environmental Services, an EQT Infrastructure portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of EBV Explosives Environmental Company, Inc. from General Dynamics. The purchase adds EBV's 55-acre demilitarization and energetic waste disposal facility near Joplin, Missouri — including incineration and thermal treatment assets — to Heritage's network, expanding its explosives demilitarization and incineration capabilities.
