Verso Wealth Management, a portfolio company of Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP, has acquired Campbell Thomson Insurance Services Limited, marking Verso's fifth acquisition and its first in Scotland. The deal expands Verso's advisory footprint into Glasgow, brings Campbell Thomson's ~£315 million of advised assets under management onto the Verso platform, and increases the platform's total AUM to over £1 billion.
