Verso Wealth Management Acquires CDC Wealth Management

Cairngorm Capital-backed Verso Wealth Management has acquired CDC Wealth Management Limited, expanding Verso's national wealth management network with a new hub in the North East. CDC, based in Sunderland with a team of about 10 and advising over £150m of client assets, will retain its four principal directors who will work with Verso's executive team to support regional growth and integration of investment propositions.
