Boston-based college mental health platform Uwill has acquired Los Angeles-based Virtual Care Group, a student-focused telehealth and wellness support platform. The acquisition expands Uwill's reach to approximately 400 colleges worldwide and increases access to mental health support for more than three million students, faculty, and staff.
