The deal — Uwill's first acquisition — expands Uwill's clinical capacity and combines Christie’s campus counseling expertise with Uwill’s digital student-therapist matching platform, increasing Uwill's reach to over 2 million students at 300+ colleges.

WPF Holdings Acquires Virtual Health Holdings (CareClix) to Integrate Telemedicine into Vezbi Super App

WPF Holdings, Inc. (operator of the Vezbi Super App) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Virtual Health Holdings, Inc. (the parent of the CareClix telemedicine group) in a stock-for-stock transaction. WPFH will issue 6 million unregistered common shares (with up to 4 million additional shares contingent on performance) and provide working capital to integrate CareClix's virtual healthcare services into the Vezbi Super App to expand direct-to-consumer and enterprise telehealth offerings.
