Franklin Templeton (Franklin Resources, Inc.) has acquired AdvisorEngine, a digital wealth platform serving more than 1,200 U.S. financial advisory firms representing over $600 billion in assets. AdvisorEngine will operate as an independent subsidiary and work with Franklin Templeton to co-develop digital wealth solutions—keeping its leadership team in place—while Raymond James served as AdvisorEngine's financial advisor.
