AxioAero Group Acquires Airway Aerospace LLC

The add-on strengthens AxioAero's aerospace MRO platform by adding Airway's component repair capabilities and certifications, expanding service coverage across commercial, cargo, and defense aviation markets.

Coltala Holdings Acquires AeroParts Group to Form Coltala Aerospace

Coltala Holdings has acquired AeroParts Group (APG), a Mansfield, Texas-based aircraft MRO and composite repair services provider, and established Coltala Aerospace. Thornburg Bow River Advisers’ Private Credit team provided financing to support the transaction as Coltala builds a platform to expand aerospace and defense maintenance, repair and precision machining capabilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
