FCAH Aerospace (O2 Investment Partners) Acquires Innodyne Systems

O2 Investment Partners, through its platform FCAH Aerospace, has made an investment in and partnered with Innodyne Systems, an FAA/EASA Part 145 repair station specializing in MRO, DER, and OPP component services. The deal positions FCAH to expand its engineering and repair capabilities—adding proprietary DER/OPP repairs and creating cross-sell opportunities across commercial, cargo, defense, regional and business-jet markets.
