EQT Sells Avenso; WhiteWall Brand Divested to CEWE

EQT Mid Market has agreed to sell Avenso GmbH to LUMAS Art Editions GmbH, a company controlled by Avenso co-founder Marc Ullrich. At the same time Avenso will divest its WhiteWall business to CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA; financial terms were not disclosed and the transactions are subject to customary approvals.

Verdane, the Northern European growth equity investor, has agreed a majority acquisition of a portfolio of three consumer businesses — WoolOvers, Purity Soft Drinks and Lumene — from Langholm Capital. The combined portfolio has run‑rate revenues of ~EUR 155 million and EBITDA of ~EUR 14 million; Verdane said it will support international expansion and strengthen the companies’ online/D2C capabilities.
