Primo Water Corporation and an affiliate of BlueTriton Brands completed an all‑stock merger to create Primo Brands Corporation, a publicly traded North American branded beverage company focused on healthy hydration. The combined company will trade on the NYSE under the ticker PRMB and is dual‑headquartered in Tampa, Florida and Stamford, Connecticut; the transaction brings together iconic bottled‑water brands and expanded manufacturing, distribution and direct‑to‑consumer capabilities.

Solina Acquires Saratoga Food Specialties

Solina, a France-based producer of savoury ingredient solutions, has signed an agreement to acquire Saratoga Food Specialties to accelerate its North American expansion. The deal (subject to regulatory approval) will add Saratoga's liquid-sauce capabilities, three U.S. manufacturing sites and approximately 500 employees to Solina's North American footprint.

Primo Water Corporation Acquires Crystal Spring Water Company

Gryphon Investors Acquires Majority Stake in Spindrift Beverage Co.

Gryphon Investors will acquire a majority stake in Spindrift Beverage Co., a Newton, Massachusetts-based maker of sparkling water and other fruit-based beverages, with founder Bill Creelman and the management team retaining a significant equity stake. The investment coincides with the appointment of Dave Burwick as CEO and is intended to provide financial and operational resources to accelerate the brand's growth; the deal is expected to close in Q1 2025 (terms not disclosed).

Sharp Business Systems Acquires Saratoga Technologies

Sharp Business Systems, the direct sales division of Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America, has acquired Saratoga Technologies to expand its direct regional sales coverage for document systems and managed network services in Eastern Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Employees of Saratoga will join the SBS team and Saratoga's president, David Temple, will remain to help ensure a smooth transition.

Logo Brands Acquires Boelter Brands Drinkware and Topperscot Lines

The deal expands Logo Brands' product offering into drinkware and holiday items and transfers current drinkware inventory and incoming orders to Logo Brands' Tennessee operations.
