Primo Water Corporation Acquires Mountain Valley Water Company of Los Angeles

Primo Water Corporation, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Primo Water North America, acquired substantially all assets of Mountain Valley Water Company of Los Angeles, adding over 8,000 customers and strengthening Primo's footprint in Southern California. The deal makes Primo the sole home and office bottled water distributor of Mountain Valley spring water in the region and expands product offerings for acquired customers.

BlueTriton Brands Acquires Certain Assets of Saratoga Spring Water Company

The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Tŷ Nant’s premium product range, adds new packaging formats (including 15L coolers and small plastic cuplets) and broadens its UK and European market reach.

FreshPure Waters Acquires Aqua Solutions

FreshPure Waters, a New Mexico-based bulk water vending operator, has acquired Aqua Solutions, a longtime vendor of high-end water-refill machines for grocery stores, to expand its national footprint and strengthen service capabilities in the Western United States. The acquisition follows FreshPure’s October 2023 purchase of Arctic Mountain and further grows FreshPure’s presence (now in 43 states).
