Primo Water Corporation, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Primo Water North America (PWNA), acquired Highland Mountain Water, an independent distributor of the Mountain Valley premium water brand based in Atlanta, Georgia. The acquisition adds more than 2,500 customers across a service area with over 4 million residents and expands Primo's distribution footprint for its Mountain Valley brand in the region.

Terms were not disclosed; First Bev praised the brand’s growth under its ownership and founder Ken Uptain for building a strong consumer platform.
