The private equity firm made a recapitalization investment to support Core Roofing’s growth plan—including organic initiatives and add-on acquisitions—while founder Dusty DeVore retains a significant ownership stake and continues to lead the company.

Core Roofing Systems Acquires Norman Roofing (Norman Enterprises, Inc.)

The deal expands Core's footprint into the Gulf Coast (Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana); Norman's owner and CEO, Tyler Norman, reinvested a material portion of proceeds and will continue to lead the regional business.
