Core Roofing Systems Acquires Norman Roofing (Norman Enterprises, Inc.)

Core Roofing Systems, a Shoreline Equity Partners-backed commercial roofing platform, completed the acquisition of Norman Enterprises, Inc. (doing business as Norman Roofing), integrating the Meridian, Mississippi-based commercial roofing business into Core's platform. The deal expands Core's footprint into the Gulf Coast (Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana); Norman's owner and CEO, Tyler Norman, reinvested a material portion of proceeds and will continue to lead the regional business.

Shoreline Equity Partners Forms Pavement Partners and Recapitalizes Finley Asphalt & Concrete

Shoreline Equity Partners formed Pavement Partners Holding, LLC and recapitalized Finley Asphalt & Concrete to create a platform for acquiring pavement repair and maintenance providers across the U.S. Finley’s founders (Erick and Lewis Finley) remain in leadership and co-investors including Harvey & Company joined the transaction; senior debt was provided by M&T Bank and South State Bank.

Soundcore Capital Partners / Roofing Corp of America Acquires Innovative Roofing Group

Innovative Roofing Group, an Atlanta-based commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor serving the Southeast since 2003, will expand Roofing Corp of America's capabilities and regional footprint; Oaklyn Consulting advised on the transaction.

Shoreline Equity Partners partnered with and made an equity investment in American Landscaping Partners (ALP) in August 2023, providing capital and senior financing (Apogem Capital and NXT Capital) to support ALP's growth while management retained an ownership stake. Since the partnership, ALP (headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee) has completed seven add-on acquisitions—Landscape Detail; Ultralawn; Ready Field Solutions; Maxalea; Swift Lawn & Land; Precision Landscape Management; and Appalachia Landscaping—expanding its footprint across Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia, Maryland, Alabama, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Shoreline Equity Partners Acquires American Landscaping Partners

Shoreline Equity Partners has acquired American Landscaping Partners, a portfolio company of Cold Bore Capital. The transaction transfers ownership of the landscaping and lawn care platform (six branches serving residential and commercial customers) from Cold Bore Capital to Shoreline as a PE-to-PE secondary sale.
