Deutsch & Co. advised Safety Partners on the sale.

Vector Solutions, a Tampa-based provider of industry-focused eLearning and performance support software, has acquired IndustrySafe, a Philadelphia-headquartered EHS (environment, health and safety) management software provider. The deal adds IndustrySafe’s configurable EHS suite — including incident management, hazard management and mobile inspections — to Vector’s Commercial business unit to expand its safety, compliance and workforce performance capabilities.

Broadview Group Invests in Citadel EHS

Citadel’s existing leadership will remain in place and the partnership is intended to provide capital and resources to accelerate growth, broaden capabilities, and support geographic expansion; Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory served as exclusive financial advisor to Citadel.

Health & Safety Institute Acquires SOS Intl, LLC

HSI is majority‑owned by Waud Capital Partners, which has supported HSI's growth through add-on acquisitions.

U.S. Compliance Acquires Hellman & Associates, Inc.

The add-on expands U.S. Compliance’s Compliance-as-a-Service footprint into the Colorado/Rocky Mountain market; terms were not disclosed.
