The deal brings ProCE into CEA’s alliance (which includes Clinical Care Options and Practicing Clinicians Exchange) to expand CEA’s clinical education capabilities, therapeutic coverage, and global reach.

BERKS Group (NPG/BERKS Group) Acquires National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT)

BERKS Group said NCCPT's library of online fitness courses complements ISSA and the BERKS Group education-technology platform; the deal is an add-on to their existing education portfolio.

Summit Professional Education Acquires National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT)

Eden Capital Acquires Phlebotomy Training Specialists

Phoenix Tower International Acquires Tower Ventures Sites and Technology Associates EC (TAEC)

Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has acquired a 100% ownership interest in Tower Ventures Holdings III, LLC, giving PTI 202 additional wireless telecommunications sites in the United States. PTI also completed the acquisiton of Technology Associates EC Inc. (TAEC), adding 90+ telecom infrastructure professionals and expanding PTI's US engineering, site-acquisition and construction project management capabilities.

PTC Therapeutics to Acquire Censa Pharmaceuticals

PTC Therapeutics has entered into an agreement to acquire Censa Pharmaceuticals to obtain CNSA-001 (sepiapterin), a Phase 3–ready oral therapy for phenylketonuria (PKU) and other BH4-pathway disorders. Under the deal PTC will pay approximately $10 million cash upfront and up to 850,000 shares of PTC common stock, plus potential development, regulatory and sales milestones totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.
