Vecima Networks, through its subsidiary Vecima Technology B.V., has acquired all outstanding shares, technology, IP and talent of Poland-based Falcon V Systems. The acquisition integrates Falcon V's Principal Core and Test Suite into Vecima's Entra Cloud broadband access portfolio, expanding Vecima's R&D footprint in Europe and accelerating deployments with customers such as Charter Communications.
