VfD Technologies (backed by Tecum Capital) Acquires Isimac Machine Company

VfD Technologies, a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based precision manufacturer, has acquired Isimac Machine Company of Blandon, Pennsylvania to expand its ultra-high precision machining capabilities for medical devices, surgical instruments, aerospace and telecommunications markets. Tecum Capital Partners invested alongside VfD's founding management team to support the acquisition and provide subordinated/mezzanine capital for the transaction.
