ARCH Medical Solutions Acquires Wilsey Tool, Isimac Manufacturing and Choice Precision

ARCH Medical Solutions (part of ARCH Global Precision) has acquired three precision machining subsidiaries of VfD Technologies: Wilsey Tool Company, Isimac Manufacturing Company and Choice Precision. The businesses—specializing in precision contract manufacturing for medical devices and machining robotic end-effectors—will operate collectively as ARCH Medical Solutions – Lehigh Valley to expand ARCH's capabilities and capacity in the medical products and automation markets.

TriMech Acquires Mastercam Businesses of MACDAC Engineering and Compumachine

Machine Solutions Inc., a provider of medical device manufacturing equipment and part of the BW Forsyth Partners family, has acquired Vela Technologies Inc., a San Diego-based designer and manufacturer of proprietary 3D UV curing equipment. The acquisition expands Machine Solutions' medical device manufacturing automation capabilities and adds Vela's UV curing technology to its portfolio, with the Vela team remaining in place and receiving additional global sales and service support.

Vecima Networks Acquires Falcon V Systems

Vecima Networks, through its subsidiary Vecima Technology B.V., has acquired all outstanding shares, technology, IP and talent of Poland-based Falcon V Systems. The acquisition integrates Falcon V's Principal Core and Test Suite into Vecima's Entra Cloud broadband access portfolio, expanding Vecima's R&D footprint in Europe and accelerating deployments with customers such as Charter Communications.
