VfD Technologies (backed by Tecum Capital) Acquires Isimac Machine Company

VfD Technologies, a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based precision manufacturer, has acquired Isimac Machine Company of Blandon, Pennsylvania to expand its ultra-high precision machining capabilities for medical devices, surgical instruments, aerospace and telecommunications markets. Tecum Capital Partners invested alongside VfD's founding management team to support the acquisition and provide subordinated/mezzanine capital for the transaction.

ARCH Medical Solutions Acquires Nicholas Precision Works

ARCH Medical Solutions has acquired Nicholas Precision Works, a North Manchester, Indiana-based contract manufacturer specializing in precision grinding for surgical cutting tools and precision ground instruments. The acquisition will combine NPW with ARCH's OrthoGrind facility to form a new ARCH Medical Grinding business unit, expanding ARCH's precision grinding capabilities for medical OEMs.

VR Wesson will be consolidated into ARCH Cutting Tools’ Orchard Park, New York facility to expand ARCH’s insert offerings and add laser PCD finishing capabilities for end markets including automotive and medical.

ARCH Medical Solutions Acquires Medical Machining Specialists

ARCH Medical Solutions (an ARCH Global Precision company and Jordan Company platform) has acquired Medical Machining Specialists (MMS), a surgical-instrument manufacturer based in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The acquisition adds MMS’s 20,000-square-foot facility and ~65 employees to ARCH Medical Solutions’ Memphis footprint, expanding capabilities in precision surgical instruments for spine, orthopedic and trauma markets.
