ARCH Global Precision, a platform backed by Strength Capital Partners, has acquired American Tool Service, Inc. and OrthoGrind LLC, both headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The two businesses will join ARCH’s Cutting Tools division to expand its manufacturing and medical-instrument grinding capabilities as part of the platform’s continued add-on strategy.

ARCH Cutting Tools Acquires Diversified Precision Products

ARCH Cutting Tools Corp., part of ARCH Global Holdings LLC, has acquired Diversified Precision Products, Inc., a Spring Arbor, Michigan-based maker of custom round carbide cutting tools and centerless grinder work rest blades. The acquisition expands ARCH’s custom tooling capabilities and domestic manufacturing capacity to better serve automotive, aerospace, medical and industrial customers. Steve Lazaroff, owner of Diversified Precision Products, will transition the business into the ARCH Cutting Tools platform.

ARCH Global Precision Acquires Morsch Machine

ARCH Global Precision, a Jordan Company platform, has acquired Morsch Machine, a precision machining firm based in Chandler, Arizona. The acquisition adds 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining, structural adhesive bonded assembly, 3D printing and assembly capabilities to ARCH’s Precision Components segment and expands capacity for mid- to high-volume aerospace, defense and space work.

ARCH Global Precision LLC, a Jordan Company platform based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, has acquired H. & S. Swansons' Tool Company of Pinellas Park, Florida. The acquisition adds 4-axis machining, automation for long unattended runs and NADCAP-certified finishing to ARCH's Precision Components segment as an add-on to expand capabilities in the aerospace and defense supply chain.

ARCH Cutting Tools Acquires O-D Tool & Cutter, Inc.

ARCH Cutting Tools Corp. has acquired O-D Tool & Cutter, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of solid carbide and high-speed steel round tools based in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The deal will integrate O-D Tool into ARCH's East Coast operations, with both existing ARCH and O-D Tool sites consolidating into a new 30,000-square-foot manufacturing campus in Lincoln, Rhode Island to expand capacity, engineering capabilities, and geographic presence.
