ASUR Acquires URW Airports from Unibail‑Rodamco‑Westfield for $295M

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR), through its U.S. subsidiary ASUR US Commercial Airports, LLC, completed the acquisition of URW Airports, LLC from Unibail‑Rodamco‑Westfield's Westfield Development, Inc. The transaction, for an enterprise value of $295 million, establishes the business as ASUR Airports, expanding ASUR's U.S. airport retail concessions footprint across terminals at LAX, JFK and ORD.

Corporación América Airports Acquires Remaining Stake in Corporación América Italia

Corporación América Airports S.A. acquired the remaining 25% interest in Corporación América Italia S.p.A. from the Investment Corporation of Dubai via a share-swap, increasing its interest in CAI to 100%. CAI holds a 62.28% interest in Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., the operator of Pisa and Florence airports, and the deal increases CAAP's indirect economic interest in Toscana Aeroporti and strengthens its position in the Italian airport sector.
