FTV Capital Makes Growth Equity Investment in Centaur Fund Services

Centaur Fund Services, a Dublin-based provider of fund administration and regulatory services for alternative investment funds, secured a growth equity investment from FTV Capital. As part of the transaction FTV partner Kyle Griswold and vice president Brent Fierro will join Centaur's board; the founders will remain significant shareholders and the capital will be used to support geographic expansion, talent acquisition, product development and technology investment.
