Roebling Capital Partners Acquires All Claims Repairs with Financing from Capitala Group and Northcreek Mezzanine

Cincinnati-based private equity firm Roebling Capital Partners has partnered with All Claims Repairs, Inc. / All Claims Consulting, Inc., a Deerfield Beach, Florida insurance restoration and consulting firm, in a transaction financed by a first-lien loan and minority equity co-investment from Capitala Group alongside subordinated debt and co-investors Northcreek Mezzanine and Sope Creek Capital. Founders Anthony “Tony” Allogia and Scott Nowicki remain in day-to-day control and retain substantial ownership as the company pursues geographic expansion and growth into larger commercial projects.
