PharMerica Acquires OnePoint Patient Care

PharMerica completed the acquisition of OnePoint Patient Care (OPPC), a leading independent hospice pharmacy and PBM provider. OPPC operates 15 pharmacy locations, serves more than 350 hospice programs and manages pharmacy benefits for over 32,000 patients per day; PharMerica said the deal will expand its hospice pharmacy capabilities and accelerate delivery of local same-day dispensing nationwide.
