Carlyle Acquires intelliflo (Including RedBlack US Units) from Invesco

The Carlyle Group is acquiring intelliflo from Invesco for up to $200 million, with $135 million paid at closing and up to $65 million earnout. The deal includes intelliflo’s US subsidiaries — RedBlack and Intelliflo Portfolio — which Carlyle will help grow while separating RedBlack as a standalone US-focused business, enabling intelliflo to concentrate on the UK and Australian markets.

Global investment firm Carlyle agreed to acquire ManTech International Corporation in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at approximately $4.2 billion. ManTech shareholders will receive $96.00 per share; Carlyle said the deal will allow it to accelerate growth, innovation and expanded support for ManTech's federal government and national security customers.
