Aras announced it has merged Minerva Group into Aras to integrate Minerva's Aras Innovator PLM implementation expertise and industry-specific PLM applications. Minerva brings functionality and vertical experience for medical devices, high-tech electronics, automotive, aerospace/defense and will provide Aras with local representation in the Nordic region and the Netherlands.
