EverWash Acquires Coinless to Expand Car Wash Payment and Hardware Capabilities

EverWash, a Philadelphia-based membership car wash platform, has acquired Coinless, a mobile payment and hardware solutions provider for the car wash industry. The deal will let EverWash integrate Coinless's payment hardware and app technology into its membership platform to support In-Bay Automatic and Self-Serve washes while maintaining service for existing Coinless customers.

WashBox’s founder and CEO Shay Kalmanovich will join ByNext as VP and General Manager of the West Coast as the business is integrated onto ByNext’s technology platform and customers migrate to the ByNext app.
