Driven Deliveries, Inc. announced an agreement in principle to acquire Mozen Inc., a Los Angeles–based cannabis lifestyle brand, in an all-stock transaction expected to close in Q3 2020. Driven plans to integrate Mozen's disposable vape products into its retail and delivery operations to capture higher margins and expand the brand's distribution inside California and into other legal markets.

JARS Cannabis Acquires Euflora LLC

Privately held JARS Cannabis has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Euflora LLC, adding six recreational dispensaries and a 7,200 sq. ft. cultivation center and greenhouse in Colorado. The deal expands JARS' retail footprint to 26 storefronts across three states, increases product assortment and customer reach, and is intended to drive operational and retail synergies in core recreational markets.

Curaleaf Holdings Acquires Northern Green Canada

The acquisition is expected to close in Q2 2024 pending regulatory approvals and will strengthen Curaleaf's supply chain for key markets including Germany, Australia/New Zealand and the U.K.
