Creso Pharma Acquires Sierra Sage Herbs

Australian-listed Creso Pharma Limited has acquired U.S.-based Sierra Sage Herbs, the maker of Green Goo, Southern Butter and Good Goo, for an upfront payment of $21 million plus additional performance-based payments. The acquisition gives Creso an immediate entry into the U.S. natural personal-care and CBD markets and adds a portfolio of established retail and direct-to-consumer consumer products to Creso's cannabis- and hemp-based product lines.
