Intragen, a portfolio company backed by FPE (FPE Fund II), has acquired AspisID, an identity and access management (IAM) consulting, development and managed-services provider. The acquisition adds a Dutch HQ in Utrecht, a delivery team in Athens, multi-year client contracts across 10 countries, and increases Intragen’s headcount to more than 170, strengthening its IAM capabilities and geographic footprint.
