Bain Capital Double Impact Acquires Majority Stake in Rural Sourcing

Bain Capital Double Impact acquired a majority stake in Rural Sourcing, an Atlanta-based provider of onshore IT and software development services, to help scale the company’s national footprint and digital/cloud service offerings. The transaction retains Rural Sourcing’s existing management as significant investors and includes committed debt financing from Bank of Montreal; financial terms were not disclosed.

AgilePQ Acquires Centri

AgilePQ, a Salt Lake City–based provider of post-quantum IoT security, has acquired Centri, an IoT cybersecurity company known for over-the-air retrofit technology and related patents. The deal adds Centri's patents and engineering talent to AgilePQ and expands AgilePQ's capabilities for delivering end-to-end, quantum-safe security for constrained IoT devices and mobile network operators.

Corporate Technologies Acquires Cenetric

Evergreen Services Group Acquires Centrered

Sabel Systems Acquires Centil

Sabel Systems Technology Solutions has acquired Centil to strengthen its digital engineering and space-domain capabilities, particularly in DevSecOps and CI/CD product development for defense and commercial space customers. The deal is Sabel's second acquisition since Sagewind Capital made a majority investment in the company in October; legal and financial advisers for the deal were named in the announcement.
