Vehicle Management Solutions LLC (a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital) acquired Integrity Parking Management, a Denton, Texas-based private property impound (PPI) and towing operator serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The deal is an add-on to VMS' Dallas operations to expand its PPI capabilities, leverage VMS' storage and auction infrastructure, and drive additional revenue from Integrity's apartment/association customer base.
