Aatru Medical Acquires Exothermix

Aatru Medical, a privately‑owned medical device company based in Cleveland, Ohio, has acquired Exothermix, a College Station, Texas inventor and manufacturer of patented oxygen scavengers and on‑demand self‑heating components. The Exothermix management team and staff will remain in place, and Aatru said the acquisition will strengthen its supply chain, accelerate product development, and support continued supply of the key component used in Aatru’s NPSIMS™ incision management system.
