Alpine 4 Technologies Acquires Impossible Aerospace

Alpine 4 Technologies entered into a binding merger agreement to acquire Impossible Aerospace, a U.S. developer of long-endurance electric aircraft and drones, in a reverse triangular merger that will make Impossible Aerospace a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal (announced Nov 17, 2020) brings Alpine 4 into the commercial/unmanned aerial vehicle market and retains Impossible Aerospace CEO Spencer Gore to support integration and military/commercial contract pursuits; prior investors in Impossible Aerospace included Bessemer Venture Partners, Eclipse Ventures and Airbus Ventures.
