The deal (expected to close in H2 2022 subject to regulatory approvals) excludes Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Clear Lake and Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Houston Medical Center.

The acquisition expands Bradford's inpatient addiction treatment footprint into Tennessee and increases its continuum of care across the Southeast.

Lifepoint Health Acquires Cornerstone Behavioral Health El Dorado

Lifepoint Health has acquired Cornerstone Behavioral Health El Dorado, a 54-bed inpatient behavioral health facility in Tucson, Arizona that employs roughly 100 people. Lifepoint said the facility will be integrated into its Lifepoint Behavioral Health platform and that it plans to invest in growth, adding nearly 50 beds to expand capacity and access to behavioral health services.
