Tambourine Acquires ReservHotel

Tambourine, a hotel marketing technology firm based in Fort Lauderdale, acquired ReservHotel (now "Reserv by Tambourine"), a reservations engine and booking-platform provider that serves the Caribbean and Latin America. The deal (closed August 2024) integrates ReservHotel’s booking engine, hotel+flight packaging and reservations call-center capabilities into Tambourine’s suite; ReservHotel’s Cancún offices and CEO Luis Barberi (now Director of Reservation Systems) join Tambourine’s operations.

Agilysys Acquires ResortSuite

Agilysys, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ResortSuite, a Toronto-based provider of integrated property management software for resorts and multi-amenity hotels, in an all-cash deal of approximately $25 million. The acquisition (expected to close in early January 2022) will expand Agilysys' presence in the resort/hotel PMS market and bring cloud-native SaaS options and integrated contactless capabilities to ResortSuite customers.

Clubspeed Acquires Resova

Irvine-based venue management software provider Clubspeed has acquired Resova, an online booking and marketing SaaS for escape rooms and activity/tour operators, for an undisclosed sum. The deal expands Clubspeed's product portfolio and global reach as Resova founders Matt Thomason and Adam Walker will remain with the company to support product integration and growth.

StarRez Acquires Residential Management Systems (RMS)

StarRez has acquired Residential Management Systems, Inc. (RMS), the developer of the Mercury Residential Housing Platform. The deal expands StarRez's product capabilities and customer base in student housing and residential community management, adding RMS's offices in Raleigh, NC and Newcastle, UK and contributing to a combined customer base of over 1,300 and more than 3 million beds under management.

Camping World Acquires Nomad Reservations (CampgroundBooking.com)

The acquisition adds a campground booking engine and proprietary trip-planning tools to Camping World's data ecosystem to enable more personalized marketing and improve the RV/outdoor consumer experience.

Booksy Acquires Genbook
