Serra Automotive Acquires Marsh Automotive Group

Serra Automotive, a privately-held retail automotive group, has acquired Marsh Automotive Group, a Traverse City, Michigan-based new and used car dealer operating eight franchises and multiple ancillary businesses. The deal continues Marsh’s legacy under Serra’s broader dealer network and was advised by FOCUS Investment Banking; the Marsh family sold the business to Serra citing cultural alignment.

#1 Cochran Acquires Flynn Automotive Group

Pittsburgh-based automotive retailer #1 Cochran has acquired the Flynn Automotive Group, adding four dealerships (two in Boardman, one in East Liverpool and one in Columbiana) and a collision center. Most of Flynn Group’s approximately 225 employees are joining #1 Cochran, expanding the buyer’s footprint in eastern Ohio and increasing its store count and brand offerings in the Boardman/Youngstown market.

Golling Automotive Group Acquires Mark Chevrolet (Wayne, MI)

Kunes Auto & RV Group Acquires Griffin Chevrolet in Milwaukee

Kunes Auto & RV Group, a family-owned Midwest dealership group headquartered in Delavan, Wisconsin, has acquired Griffin Chevrolet located at 11100 W. Metro Auto Mall in Milwaukee. The purchase expands Kunes' Chevrolet footprint to 19 GM dealerships across its Midwest operations and reinforces its commitment to growing its presence in the Milwaukee market.

Krause Auto Group Acquires Three Florida Dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive

Krause Auto Group of Alpharetta, Georgia purchased three Southwest Florida dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive Group for more than $110 million in an acquisition that includes Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers, Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral and Sutherlin Genesis in Fort Myers. The stores will be rebranded as Nissan of Cape Coral, Nissan of Fort Myers and Fort Myers Genesis; Krause plans renovations and service expansion at the Fort Myers Nissan location.
