Charter NEX Films and Next Generation Films to Combine

Charter NEX Films, owned by private equity firms Leonard Green & Partners and Oak Hill Capital, has reached a definitive agreement with Dave Frecka to combine with Next Generation Films, creating a larger specialty films platform. The combined company will operate as two synchronized divisions, maintain existing management teams, and expand manufacturing footprint and technical capabilities across multiple U.S. states.
