Platte River-backed MFG Chemical Acquires Masters Company Inc. (LiquiLogic division)

MFG Chemical, a portfolio company of Platte River Equity, has acquired Masters Company Inc. and its LiquiLogic division in Wood Dale, Illinois. The deal expands MFG's water treatment product offering and customer reach by combining Masters' blended products, reagents, test kits and analytical services with MFG's existing water treatment capabilities.
