PMGC Holdings Inc. acquired 100% of A&B Aerospace, Inc. for a base cash purchase price of $4.5 million, including a $4.275 million payment at closing and a $225,000 indemnification holdback. The company said A&B Aerospace will continue operating from its Azusa, California facility under existing leadership while the purchase price is subject to customary post-closing cash and working-capital adjustments.
